Apathy is Boring is a national non-partisan organization working year-round to engage voting-aged youth in the democratic process. I have worked as an intern for Apathy is Boring since June 2014. From writing success grant applications to designing infographics–I have taken on a range of tasks. Currently, I am working on their youth-outreach strategy for the upcoming 2015 Federal Election, introducing research into their organization that looks at political participation among marginalized youth, and developing their new website.
